Introduced by John Cleese, and featuring Hugh Laurie, this training program tackles head-on the reasons why everyone involved dislikes appraisals.

Performance Review consists of two different parts for two distinct audiences – one for the manager and one for the appraisee. After all, it takes two to hold a performance review!

Using the highly effective ‘wrong way-right way’ approach, the program deals with the horrors of the performance appraisal in a dynamic way. It replaces misunderstanding and missed opportunities with a perfect meeting of minds!

In Part 1, Every Manager’s Nightmare, we identify six very different characters that managers can relate to. Through these characters we are able to demonstrate key review techniques managers can develop to make reviews less confrontational and more productive.

In Part 2, Every Appraisee’s Dream, we reveal a simple three-part formula to help the appraisee with their thinking process. Part 2 also shows managers and appraisees what reviews can achieve when everything goes right.
