This comprehensive training package is delivered through two videos. In the first video Team Leading, we meet Penny Milgrove – a manager who is used to tackling every problem by herself. We watch as she learns to appreciate the benefits of enabling her team to help her solve the problems.
The second video, Enabling Teams, is a 37 minute documentary style program that examines the team culture in three different businesses.
